en smoothie om dagen
Smoothies är mitt nya favoritmellanmål/frukost/nattmackesubstitut. Hittills har jag provat jordgubb/banan/apelsin, banan/kanel, jordnötssmör/banan och jordgubb/chocolate chip. Så gott, så gott! Har ni några smaker som ni tycker att jag ska prova?
Smoothies are my new obsession. They're perfect for breakfast, as an afternoon or bedtime snack. So far I've tried strawberry/banana/orange, banana/cinnamon, peanut butter/banana and strawberry/chocolate chip. I loved them all! Do have any other suggestions?

I like frozen blueberry and banana with a splash of apple juice.
ReplyDeleteI also throw in from fresh spinach to add to its nutrition.
When I'm feeling naughty I add in frozen yogurt! haha

ReplyDeleteEvery morning I have a smoothie so that there's little thought about breakfast. And I'm usually running late for work..so I can drink my breakfast in the car!
ReplyDeleteMy usual is 1/2 cup of milk, one banana, a couple tablespoons of natural peanut butter, and a couple squirts of chocolate syrup, and then some ice - in a blender. (the chocolate is just for fun - because it goes well with peanut butter and banana).
I want to try some of the ones mentioned here!
