The opening night of our final exhibition Guilty Pleasures was a success! A lot of people came out and it was a really fun night. We matched the poster and exhibition catalog with pink cups, sang along to guilty pleasure songs (this, this and this among others) and mingled. My guilty pleasure is cheesy romantic comedies in general, specifically the ones where you have to wait until the final scene before the couple kiss eachother. This is one of my favorite final kisses and it was this feeling I was trying to portray in my piece. What is your guilty pleasure?

Vernissagen för vår utställning Guilty pleasures blev en succé! Det kom oväntat mycket folk och hela kvällen var riktigt rolig. Vi matchade affischen och utställningskatalogen med rosa plastmuggar, sjöng med till guilty pleasure-låtar ((den här, den här och den här bland andra) och minglade. Min guilty pleasure är romantiska komedier i allmänhet, och såna där man får vänta till slutscenen innan paret kysser varandra i synnerhet. Det här är en av mina favoritslutkyssar och det var den här känslan jag försökte fånga i mitt verk. Vad är din guilty pleasure?

    Right at this very second my Guilty Pleasure - is this blog! - so glad to have found it and you - I am supposed to be working - but I can't stop looking through it. It is like flicking through a gorgeous magazine that has arrived (unexpectedly) on my doorstep. 3 cheers for young women like you Hilda who love life and who capture it beautifully for others.
