frutti di bosco
On Sunday, me, my dad, my brother and his fiancée went for a walk in the forest with hopes of finding a few blueberries. Three hours later we returned with this times two. I have never seen this much wild raspberries before in my life! We just couldn't stop picking, even when it started to rain. In the following days, these berries became pies, pancake topping, breakfast yoghurt topping, jam, cheese cake topping and more. And then we put the rest in the freezer, to make pies in the winter. I have plenty of food and berry photos to share, just you wait.
